UK Shipping

Delivery is free for all orders to UK addresses, with no minimum spend. Orders are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class, or if more than one item is purchased, this is upgraded to 1st class. If you need your order in a hurry, let me know, always happy to help where I can!

International Shipping

All international orders are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Their aim is to deliver to European destination in 3-5 working days and worldwide in 5-7 working days, this can sometimes be longer during busier times such as Christmas.

I am not responsible for delays due to customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Please note that unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order, so please allow up to 1 week for dispatch.

Returns

While I hope you’re happy with your purchase, if for whatever reason you’d like to return it please email Hannah at etchablelaser@gmail.com to confirm your return within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt in their original packaging in re-saleable, as new condition.

Once returned, I’ll contact you to confirm that I’ve received it. I aim to refund the purchase price within 3 working days of receiving your return.

Personalised items are exempt from returns and refunds unless they arrive in a faulty or damaged condition.

I recommend that items are returned using a trackable postage system so that all items can be traced and delivery confirmed. I don’t accept any liability for items which are damaged or lost by 3rd party delivery companies. I also recommend taking photos of the item before it is returned to me to avoid any dispute should the item be received in a damaged condition.

The purchase price of the item or items will be refunded, delivery and return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item delivered was faulty or damaged in which case the purchase price and all postage costs will be refunded.

I don’t offer exchanges unless the item is delivered faulty or damaged.
